Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


Delivery Time

  • UK: 3–5 business days (standard shipping)

  • Europe: 7–12 business days

  • Other international destinations: 10–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or holidays.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.


Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Tracking usually activates within 24 hours.

Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country. These are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date.
